Business Development Manager - Unified Communications Position Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be a key player in driving strategic growth and expanding our market presence within the unified communications sector.
You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and develop strategic partnerships that enhance our service offerings. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in sales and market analysis to create effective strategies that align with our business objectives.
Salary & BenefitsThe estimated base salary for this position is $70,000 - $130,000 a year
. Please note we are happy to have conversations around salary expectations, and will assess each candidate on their own experience and merits. There will also be a competitive commission scheme in addition.

ResponsibilitiesOpportunity Identification

You will research and identify new business opportunities within the unified communications market, including potential clients, partnerships, and industry trends.Client Engagement

You will establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.Strategy Development

You will prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.Market Analysis

You will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.Collaboration

You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment on business strategies and client solutions.Performance Tracking

You will monitor business development metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and adjust plans as necessary.
Experience
:- You should have substantial experience in business development or sales management, preferably within the technology or telecommunications sector.
- A proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets is essential.
Skills
:- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are necessary to assess market opportunities and develop effective strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools is expected to manage client relationships and performance insights.

:- You should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
