PositionAdmissions Representative - Nursing & Allied Health

Healthcare needs you – and our students need you to guide them from interest to enrollment.
What You'll Do- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who've expressed interest in Unitek programs.
- Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
- Conduct consultative in‑person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
- Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
- Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/Campus Vue.
- Empathetic, mission‑driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare.
- Comfortable with high‑volume outbound outreach and professional follow‑up.
- Strong consultative sales approach – you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path.
- Organized and detail‑oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or Campus Vue a plus).
- Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher‑education sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two (2) years: minimum of customer service, telemarketing, or sales required.
- Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite:
Word, Excel, Outlook. - Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.
