OverviewAt E Systems, we are building the future of cardiac care with the world’s first FDA‑approved leadless left ventricular endocardial pacing device for heart failure. Based in Silicon Valley, we are advancing the WiSE System, a first‑of‑its‑kind device in cardiac rhythm management.
Responsibilities- Recruit, hire, train, develop and manage US field representatives.
- Actively coach direct reports to meet annual objectives through development of business skills, product knowledge, and market intelligence.
- Lead opportunity development and forecast management strategies for the region, producing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual projections.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to drive business strategy related to clinical and commercial activities, competitive targets, mobilization strategies, and initiatives.
- Plan and execute activities to communicate clear expectations, stimulate productive information exchange, and facilitate skill transfer.
- Meet forecasting, trial enrollment, and revenue objectives while managing regional expenses.
- Implement talent development initiatives that optimize team productivity, drive bench development, and support cross‑pollination.
- Own strategy and customer relationship development at key regional customers and integrated delivery networks.
- Develop, build, and strengthen long‑term relationships with stakeholders, key opinion leaders, and major medical associations and academic centers of excellence.
- Identify and address trends and support business goals and strategy through cross‑internal collaboration.
- Conduct market research and develop market development plans/strategies.
- Assess customer needs and feedback regarding products and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to periodic reports analyzing business performance.
- Conduct product presentations and instructions to promote adoption and utilization at the customer level.
- Support key business projects that enhance training capabilities and outcomes for Sales, Marketing, Clinical Regulatory, and Research and Development.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Manage, train, and develop territorial managers and field clinical representatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and minimum 8 years of work experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of medical sales experience with relevant sales and leadership experience.
- Documented track record of exceeding assigned quota and/or business objectives.
- Preferred experience in structural heart and/or cardiac rhythm disease management/Electrophysiology fields.
- Proven record in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and developing talent.
- Demonstrated success in complex, matrixed, geographically distributed environments.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
- Track record of selling to and influencing C‑level and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to create and deliver high‑level presentations and business correspondence.
- Problem‑solving skills in situations with limited standardization.
- Positive and constructive attitude driving team cooperation toward company objectives.
- Strong background in healthcare reimbursement policy, competitive landscape, and provider implications.
- Ability to establish relationships with key opinion leaders to support marketing initiatives.
- Capability to influence and drive cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
- Transformational leadership qualities to guide others through change.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Must meet all credentialing requirements mandated by healthcare facilities and clients and pass pre‑employment drug, background, and reference checks.
- Ability to drive a vehicle; valid state‑issued driver’s license required.
- Comfortable with commercial air travel up to 50%, including weekends, overnight, and international travel.
- Stand, walk, sit; use hands; reach; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch; lift up to 20 pounds. Vision: close, distance, depth perception, color vision, and focus adjustment.
150,000 – 175,000 USD (base pay). Total compensation may include bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
