Inside Sales Rep

As an Inside Sales Rep, you will serve as a key customer contact and consultant at our Fluid Solutions branch, recommending solutions, quoting, selling, and fulfilling orders for equipment and services based on customer needs. This role focuses on fluid solutions equipment rental and supply requirements, building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Establish an understanding of the rental business related to specialty engineered products and services, including electric and hydraulic pumps.
• Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk‑in and call‑in customers.
• Educate customers about proper equipment use.
• Coordinate with inside and outside branch employees to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and track daily equipment pickups and returns.
• Run reports necessary to monitor equipment and facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of branch assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of fluid solutions related products and applications is preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and diligent attention to safety.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• This position is deemed safety‑sensitive under company policies and procedures.
