This is an entry-level opportunity for people who enjoy working with others, staying active, and building valuable communication and sales skills. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities for growth.

• Work in assigned residential neighborhoods throughout the Boise area
• Speak with homeowners about energy‑efficient window upgrades
• Introduce Brightside Windows services and current offerings
• Schedule free in‑home consultations for interested homeowners
• Track daily activity and appointments using your phone
• Work toward weekly goals in a team‑oriented environment
