Managing a select portfolio of strategic accounts, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Account Manager will sell security services and technology solutions while coordinating a cross-functional team to develop and execute multi-year account management plans focused on enhancing client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives within assigned accounts
- Lead the creation of strategic account management plans based on client goals and security trends
- Develop a robust sales pipeline and manage accurate forecasts to achieve assigned gross margin targets
- 3-5+ years of experience in IT product or services sales, preferably in cybersecurity
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and executing territory expansion plans
- Experience engaging cross-functional resources effectively
- Demonstrated ability to build business relationships with key executives
- Strong negotiation skills and effective presentation abilities
