Sales Development Representative — Influencer & Creator Marketing

Our client is an influencer marketing agency working with leading brands across fashion, beauty, art, culture, and entertainment, building full-managed campaigns with creators. We're looking for a hunter-mentality SDR to lead outbound pipeline generation and help reposition the brand in the market.

• 100% outbound prospecting: email, Linked In, and creative channels to reach net new brand contacts.
• Secure 10-12 qualified calls per month for the Presales team.
• Research and personalize every outreach based on brand priorities, recent campaigns, and influencer marketing needs.
• Qualify leads against the ICP and deliver clean handoffs in CRM (Hub Spot).
• Test and optimize messaging and sequences based on what's actually converting.
• Agency experience directly tied to social or influencer marketing ( #1 priority).
• Proven ability to personalize outreach at a high level: no generic, robotic messaging; you need to understand the target client and tailor the message to each one.
• Experience managing long, multi-touch sales cycles (Linked In + email + call), warming up contacts over weeks or months before conversion.
• Entrepreneurial mindset
  : able to build your own strategy, not just execute a playbook.
• Track record backed by numbers and metrics, you'll need to demonstrate past results with real data (booked meetings, pipeline generated, conversion rates, etc.).
• 1-3 years of experience in an SDR/BDR role, with a consistent track record of outbound activity and hitting targets.
• Proficiency with CRM/sales engagement tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach).

• Previous experience selling to US-based clients.
• Background in agency, media, martech, or advertising sales.
