Outside Sales Territory Manager

We're partnering with a well-established and rapidly expanding flooring contractor and distributor in the Pacific Northwest that is looking to add an Outside Sales Territory Manager to its Boise team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys developing new business, building lasting customer relationships, and being rewarded for their success.

• Develop new business throughout the Boise market and surrounding territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, flooring contractors, builders, property managers, and other commercial customers.
• Identify upcoming projects and create opportunities for continued business growth.
• Conduct customer visits, jobsite meetings, and presentations.
• Partner with internal teams to provide exceptional service and project support.
• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently grow your territory.

• Outside sales experience, preferably in flooring, commercial construction, building materials, industrial sales, or a related industry.
• Proven success developing new business and managing customer relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

• $75,000-$85,000 base salary during your first year while you build your book of business
• $500/month vehicle allowance
• Aggressive commission plan beginning in Year 2, paying 18% of gross profit with potential of $125,000+.
