The SDS Will

  • Provide technical education and surgical support:
    Train surgeons and staff on PDS usage, support procedures, and lead training sessions to ensure optimal understanding and surgical outcomes.
  • Manage customer relationships:
    Maintain high account retention, build strong partnerships, and conduct business reviews leveraging marketing materials for consultative selling.
  • Drive business development:
    Generate leads, convert high-potential prospects, and achieve territorial quotas by communicating economic value and strategic insights.
  • Collaborate strategically:
    Execute local marketing tactics, liaise with field partners, and contribute to practice development initiatives to maximize account potential.
  • Ensure compliance and fluency:
    Demonstrate expertise in ophthalmology, reimbursement, and patient support services while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Apply leadership and analytical skills:
    Independently translate strategic goals into actionable plans, analyze strategies, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
