We are looking for a talented individual to join CLEAResult as a Market Outreach Specialist supporting our HVAC programs. As the Market Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for developing increased awareness and adoption of targeted HVAC energy-efficient technologies, strategic market development, customer satisfaction, and delivering on client goals related to outreach activity and energy savings. You will work closely with our Program Managers to create and execute outreach strategies across multiple programs to recruit HVAC Trade Allies, build a project pipeline, and drive program participation.
You will engage with key decision-makers to make HVAC energy-saving improvements easier and more cost-effective for residential, multifamily, and commercial properties by developing awareness and adoption of targeted HVAC energy-efficient improvements to achieve program targets and meet outreach goals.
The successful candidate will be based in the Rio Grande Valley
, within a 2-hour drive of the McAllen area.
Note that regular travel to areas around Corpus Christi and Laredo will be required.
- Recruit, educate and develop relationships with contractors and other Trade Allies to encourage effective marketing of programs.
- Develop outreach tactics to assist in recruiting customers and trade allies.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business customer base.
- Create and execute outreach strategies to residential, multifamily, commercial and industrial customers.
- Develop sales funnels and pipelines, focusing on conversion rate, and driving progress to the next step in the sales process.
- Develop and track strategies to meet outreach and program targets.
- Adjust outreach strategies based on program changes and strategy effectiveness.
- Establish relationships with all stakeholders in the energy efficiency landscape including contractors, channel partners, associations, multi-site accounts, procurement groups, and more.
- Develop creative outreach strategies to meet program needs.
- Implement new tools and processes to improve the outreach function.
- Stay informed on emerging energy efficiency technologies.
- Perform event planning, coordination and presentations of programs.
- Work cooperatively with other energy efficiency programs to move projects forward and follow-up on leads.
- Lead researching of the markets; accumulate data on businesses and identify key allies to target on behalf of the programs.
- Build a base of registered HVAC Trade Allies specific to the specified programs.
- Identify improvement barriers and report information to the Program Manager.
- Ensure continuous improvement of operations.
- Prepare robust weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals.
- Bilingual, English/Spanish speaking (Required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 2-4 years of relevant industry experience such as working with contractors and/or sales
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and other outreach tools
- Experience with Excel
- TDLR Certified preferred
Target Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000
Compensation Range: $52,000.00 - $74,400.00
