We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to support an Australia-based company specializing in safety and infrastructure services.
You'll play a key role in driving business growth—researching leads, reaching out to prospective clients, and building relationships that convert into lasting partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on communication, enjoys taking ownership of their work, and is motivated by measurable results.

What you'll do Business Development & Lead Generation- Conduct market and prospect research to identify new business opportunities.
- Perform outreach to target customers via email and phone.
- Coordinate and triage inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Support proposal creation, quoting, and lead follow-ups.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities in the company's CRM.
- Assist in nurturing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Track communication and follow-ups to ensure a consistent client experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align project details and client expectations.
- Support account management with reporting and updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and other contact databases.
- Collect and organize data for business development and marketing efforts.
- Prepare summaries and activity reports for internal and client-facing use.
- Support special projects related to business growth and process improvement.
- Legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account coordination.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone and via virtual meetings.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
- Hands-on experience using a CRM platform (required or strong advantage).
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet goals consistently.
- Experience supporting Australia-based or B2B clients.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and database management.
- Background in construction, infrastructure, or technical services.
- A self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability
