Community Relations Director – Senior Living Community
We are seeking a Community Relations Director to join a well-established senior living community in Boise, Idaho
.
This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a respected senior living operator. The community is looking to add a sales professional to an established team, with a primary focus on external outreach, referral relationships, events, and driving census growth.

- 2+ years of sales, marketing, business development, or community relations experience.
- Senior living, assisted living, memory care, healthcare, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, or related experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success with external outreach, referral development, and community events
. - Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals, community partners, prospective residents, and families.
- Comfortable discussing assisted living and higher-acuity care options with prospective residents and their families.
- Excellent communication, organization, follow-up, and customer service skills.
- Collaborative personality and the ability to work effectively as part of an established sales team.
- Existing relationships within the Boise market are a plus.
- Current and valid driver's license.
- Proactively develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizations to generate new leads and referrals.
- Drive external outreach and represent the community at networking opportunities, events, and community activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events designed to generate prospective resident leads and increase community awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents and their families throughout the sales process.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, conduct tours, manage leads, and complete purposeful follow-up.
- Promote the community's independent living, assisted living, and memory care offerings based on each prospect's needs.
- Help prospective residents and families understand the value of the community and navigate urgency around making a move.
- Collaborate with the existing sales team to manage leads and support overall census growth.
- Maintain accurate prospect information and activity within the CRM.
- Partner with community leadership to identify opportunities to improve occupancy and strengthen the community's presence in the local market.
