Internet Sales Manager - Boise, ID

The Peterson Auto Group has an exciting opportunity for an Internet Sales Manager to join our team. Idaho's largest auto group has been putting our customer first in the Treasure Valley since 1928. If you are technically inclined and enjoy working in the car business, this could be the position for you.

You will be working along side and training with our Peterson Auto Group Internet Director as you take over this department.

• Car sales experience is a must! Previous Internet sales experience not required.
• Management Skills
  - Ability to motivate, train, inspire, and lead a department of over 5 people
• Organization
  - Organization skills and time management are required to keep pace with a fast moving environment

• Appointment Setter Management - lead, manage, and train internet Appointment Setters. Appointment Setters are responsible for the first response to website internet leads. Their goal is to set an appointment and then turn over the customer to a salesperson upon arrival.
• Internet Lead Management - oversee and distribute prospects among internet sales staff
• Communication - maintain intimate level of communication with new and used car desk managers
• Training - conduct weekly store meetings and one-on-one training sessions with internet sales staff
• Staffing - responsibilities include hiring and replacing internet Appointment Setters
• Reporting and Analytics
  - Compile and interpret department key metrics
• Reputation Management - increase public website reviews

Base + Commission. The income potential for this position is base plus commission and directly tied to your performance. The pay plan ranges from $5-10k.
