This highly visible opportunity focuses on growing and managing aftermarket revenue across strategic semiconductor accounts while supporting equipment sales initiatives. As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will influence customer strategy, improve profitability, and collaborate with service, engineering, operations, finance, and global teams to deliver long-term value.
Responsibilities:- Own revenue, margin, and overall financial performance for assigned aftermarket accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow parts, service contracts, maintenance, upgrades, repairs, and other lifecycle solutions.
- Build executive, purchasing, engineering, operations, and site-level relationships with semiconductor customers.
- Identify opportunities to expand aftermarket revenue, increase customer share of wallet, and maximize installed-base value.
- Manage pricing, commercial proposals, contract negotiations, forecasts, account plans, and business plans.
- Lead commercial customer escalations and coordinate cross-functional resolution with internal and global teams.
- Support the Global Account Manager with equipment sales opportunities, customer meetings, proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
- Partner with Field Service, Engineering, Parts, Logistics, Finance, and international organizations to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, business, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment or a closely related technical industry.
- Proven experience in aftermarket sales, service sales, parts sales, strategic account management, or equipment sales.
- Demonstrated responsibility for revenue, margin, P&L, or business-unit financial performance.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment and manufacturing environments.
- Experience with pricing, contract negotiations, forecasting, and commercial strategy.
- Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, analytical, and business development skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites and work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Skills:
- Experience managing an installed base of semiconductor equipment.
- Experience selling service contracts, preventative maintenance programs, upgrades, or replacement parts.
- Experience supporting semiconductor equipment or capital equipment sales.
- Established relationships with major semiconductor manufacturers or fabrication facilities.
- Experience working with Japanese headquarters or global organizations.
