Remote (Based at an approved local secure facility). We work US time zones and ask that you're available during those hours, even if that means adjusting your schedule.

This role exists to build a pipeline of qualified leads that supports consistent sales growth. The team works in a structured, process-driven environment with clear standards for lead quality. Work is primarily asynchronous, with detailed documentation supporting handoffs across time zones. The team is internationally distributed, so clear written communication matters. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy once priorities are set.

Attention to detail is expected, since the team has zero tolerance for avoidable errors.

• Identify and research prospective leads using prospecting software and databases.
• Build targeted contact lists using Linked In Sales Navigator and enrichment tools.
• Reach out to prospects through cold email and follow-up communication.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria before handoff to sales.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and follow-up status.

• One to five or more years of lead generation or prospecting experience.
• Practical sales skills, including qualifying and engaging prospects.
• Experience with prospecting software and Linked In Sales Navigator.
• Experience with contact-finding tools such as Hunter.io and Clearbit.
• Experience using cold email tools for outreach and follow-up.
• Strong written English — our company works in English.
