Account Executive

• Build a strong local presence through relationships with gun ranges, firearms retailers, instructors, and small business partners
• Deliver engaging group presentations, often after concealed carry classes
• Educate individuals on training, education, and self-defense liability protection
• Close USCCA memberships using ethical, consultative sales techniques
• Own and grow the territory pipeline through prospecting, nurturing, and consistent follow-up
• Deliver an outstanding member experience throughout the customer relationship
• Attend ranges, retailers, training partners, and other territory locations
• Complete on-site, self-paced, virtual, and in-person training during the first 5 weeks

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass State Property & Casualty Insurance exam; training provided
• Strong professionalism, discretion, and integrity
• Self-driven, organized, and accountable
• Field or outside sales experience preferred
• Proven territory growth through prospecting and pipeline management preferred
• Confident, persuasive presentation skills preferred
• Strong closing ability preferred
• Experience in the firearms industry highly desirable
• Firearms instructor certification—or interest in becoming certified—preferred
• Basic proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace preferred
• Fully available throughout the first 5-week training program
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to travel approximately 70% within the territory
• Home every night, with minimal exceptions

Demonstrates strong sales acumen with a focus on territory growth, relationship building, and consultative selling techniques. Proficient in delivering engaging presentations and providing exceptional customer experiences within the firearms industry.
