Overview

American Fidelity Educational Services is a family‑owned company offering supplemental insurance to the educational community. We are looking for a Sales Representative to market our insurance products statewide.

• Grow and maintain existing K‑12 school accounts through one‑on‑one sales of worksite insurance products.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet their financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and teaching‑association executives.
• Develop customized, needs‑based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations.

• Sales potential with demonstrated leadership qualities and sales awards.
• Two years of sales, management, or leadership experience, or a recent college graduate who has held leadership roles.
• College education of 60 hours or an associate’s degree preferred.
• Ability to pass financial, criminal, and motor‑vehicle background checks.
• Pattern of success demonstrated by career growth.

• Base salary plus uncapped commission and additional sales bonus potential.
