Responsibilities- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our offerings and identifying their needs
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding client requirements and presenting tailored solutions
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
- Follow up with warm leads and nurture ongoing relationships to maximize deal closing opportunities
- Demonstrate excellent phone communication skills, ensuring clear, professional, and persuasive conversations
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and marketing outreach
- Maintain detailed records of call activities, client feedback, and follow-up actions within the CRM system
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center roles with a focus on B2B sales preferred
- Strong proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales automation technologies
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, deal closing, and consultative selling techniques
- Familiarity with sales technology adoption including sales automation tools and telecommunication systems
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Prior experience in technical or technology sales is advantageous but not mandatory
- Background in customer service or business development roles that involve outbound calling and client communication
