Associate Territory Manager – Medical Device

We are seeking a motivated Associate Territory Manager to join a growing medical device organization focused on improving outcomes for patients with peripheral neuropathy
.

This is a field-based sales role responsible for developing relationships with healthcare providers, growing business within the assigned territory, and supporting the adoption of an innovative prosthetic solution designed for patients experiencing complications related to peripheral neuropathy.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing B2B sales professional looking to break into or continue growing within the medical device industry. The role also offers a clear pathway for promotion to Territory Manager within approximately 12-18 months based on performance and business needs.

• Develop and grow relationships with physicians, clinics, and other healthcare providers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory
• Educate healthcare professionals on solutions available for patients with peripheral neuropathy
• Support product adoption and account development
• Execute territory sales strategies to achieve growth objectives
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-up with prospective and existing accounts
• Maintain a strong understanding of the local market and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer and patient experience

• Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Medical, healthcare, or medical device sales experience is a significant plus
• Strong prospecting and business development skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
• Comfortable working in a field-based sales environment
• Clear pathway to promotion to Territory Manager within 12-18 months
