• Maintain training proficiency on all applicable safety, lab procedure, security, and annual quality related training.
• Strict adherence to all safety/emergency procedures included in the Chemical Hygiene Plan.
• Willingness and ability to safely work with hazardous materials and chemicals.
• Comfort working in Lab and cleanroom Fab settings.
• Independently lead and/or perform routine and sophisticated operations and maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct experiments and data analysis to ensure quality of outgoing results data.
• Candidate must be comfortable performing in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction and must possess proficiency and desire to learn and adapt to changes in a dynamic technical environment.
• Regular writing, accurate documentation, verbal communication, and presentation of results to customers and vendors.
• Collaborate with customers to see opportunities to improve processes and experiments.

• BS in Chemistry or other relevant science with applicable experience.
• ICP-OES and/or ICP-MS.
• Ion Chromatography, HPLC and/or LCMS; GC and GCMS.
• Molecular spectroscopy: FTIR, UV/Vis/NIR, RAMAN.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with LIMS systems.

• Statistics.
• Project management.
• Proficiency with data reduction and acquisition software packages.
