Security Officer - Flex Roving Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel, contractors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utility location;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, equipment areas, parking lots, and perimeter fencing, noting unusual conditions and reporting concerns per post orders;
Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit for employees, vendors, and deliveries, verifying authorization and directing traffic flow as needed;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, and/or requests for assistance, and notify the appropriate contacts;
Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift turnover notes, and communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts
