• Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a dynamic technology‑focused location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to supervisors, building contacts, and/or first responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to identify unusual conditions, report security‑related concerns, and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Support employees, guests, and contractors with directions, check‑in procedures, and policy questions while maintaining accurate records, clear communication, and a professional presence.

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security‑related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
