Security Officer - Front Desk Electronics Company in Boise, , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Front Desk professional with Allied Universal, you will be the welcoming first point of contact at a dynamic technology location, assisting visitors, managing access, and supporting daily security-related operations through clear communication and strong customer service. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour
Job Schedule: Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM;
Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM;
Wed: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM;
Thu: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM;
Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
- Monitor front desk activity, manage visitor access, and communicate with staff and guests in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by documenting details and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
