Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and emergency personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols of office, campus, and perimeter areas to identify unusual activity and security issues;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and deter unauthorized access to restricted areas;
Complete incident reports and support day-to-day security operations in alignment with client site expectations
