As a Security Officer - Screener in Boise, , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. Day Time – Monday 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Tuesday 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Wednesday 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Thursday 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Friday 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM

• Provide customer service at a government location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while documenting observations and reporting relevant information.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to support orderly operations and reporting concerns to site contacts when needed.
• Assist with routine checks of doors, gates, lighting, and/or other assigned areas, and communicate maintenance issues, hazards, or policy violations through proper channels.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
