** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring communications, and supporting security-related response activities at a technology-focused location.

+ Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, incidents, and routine requests to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and communication records to help support accurate documentation and timely follow-up.

+ Monitor cameras, alarms, radios, phones, and other dispatch systems to help identify unusual activity and/or coordinate the appropriate response.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
