Security Guard — Full Time — Boise,

: $ per hour

• Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm – 8:30 pm
• Wednesday – Thursday, 12:00 am – 8:00 am & Saturday – Sunday, 5:00 pm – 5:00 am

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrance(s) and exit(s).
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises, in various weather conditions and terrains.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team environment to ensure site and organizational goals are achieved daily.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for the assigned site.

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months
• Standard computer/technology skills
• Customer service background preferred
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus
• Ability to interact calmly and professionally with a wide range of individuals
• Great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert for the duration of the shift
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation
• Willingness to participate in company pre‑employment screening including drug test and background investigation
