Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 06:00 AM – 02:30 PM, Thur 06:00 AM – 02:30 PM, Fri 06:00 AM – 02:30 PM, Sat 06:00 AM – 02:30 PM, Sun 06:00 AM – 02:30 PM

- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies within a tech, media, and/or telecom location.
- Manage access control at entrances and checkpoints, verify identification, issue and recover visitor credentials, maintain entry logs, and direct visitors, vendors, and contractors appropriately.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, including escalations involving access disputes or unauthorized entry attempts.
- Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems, reporting unusual activity to leadership and documenting events in reports.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, checking doors, gates, and restricted areas to deter unauthorized access.
- Access control and badge experience preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- State, county, or city issued security-related license preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Able to lift more than 20 lbs preferred.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Consideration for qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Drug screening required to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
- Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
