Armed Flex Security Officer, Part-time – Boise, Idaho

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Location: Multiple-Sites, Boise Region

• Patrol and monitor assigned areas to keep people and property safe
• Control access points and check surveillance equipment
• Enforce rules and respond calmly in emergencies
• Write clear reports and document incidents
• Provide professional, customer-first service to clients and visitors
• Maybe required to work in uniform or plain clothes

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills (English required; bilingual a plus)
• Flexible schedule-including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to pass basic fitness test - stand for long periods, climb stairs, walk multiple miles per shift.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a customer service mindset
• Capable of lifting up to 10 lbs. if needed
• Law enforcement, military, or long-term security experience a plus
• Licensed for Advanced Idaho Conceal Carry or other state equivalent
• Able to pass CBI Security's armed security officer qualification
• Able to respond to short notice requests for shift coverage
