Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, screen guests and deliveries, and deter unauthorized access to restricted or sensitive areas;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the lobby, access points, and perimeter, noting potential security-related concerns and reporting conditions according to post instructions
