Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour
Job Schedule: Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site‑specific procedures, access control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to manage access for employees, contractors, and guests in accordance with site policies.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report security‑related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that may require attention.
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and incident documentation related to visitor processing, deliveries, and other security‑related activities.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- At this site there are limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
- A state, county, and/or city issued security‑related license is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
