Title: Security Officer - Active Patrol
Location: Boise,
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
Type: Full Time
Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access‑related issues or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.
• Support day‑to‑day operations by communicating clearly with site contacts, assisting with routine inquiries, and completing assigned reports related to security‑related activities.

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories consistently with applicable laws.
• Applicants subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
