Boise Centre is seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Staff to join our team in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and facilities. Located in the vibrant heart of downtown Boise, our state-of-the-art convention center hosts a diverse array of events, from international conferences to local gatherings. This role is critical in providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all attendees and personnel at Boise Centre.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to ensure the safety of the premises
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections around the facility and surrounding areas
• Manage access control for guests, staff, and vendors to prevent unauthorized entry
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing first response until additional support arrives
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and discrepancies observed during patrols
• Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency responders when needed
• Provide crowd management services during large events to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees
• Assist in the implementation and compliance of Boise Centre safety protocols
