Entry Physical Security Analyst - Idaho Power

Idaho Power - located in vibrant Boise, Idaho - is looking for three Entry Physical Security Analysts to join our Physical Security team. It's an exciting time to work for Idaho Power. With some oversight, the Entry Physical Security Analyst of Security Operations is responsible for assisting with designing, consulting, implementing, and executing Idaho Power's comprehensive company-wide Physical Security operations program. This role will focus on the operational development, execution, and optimization of Idaho Power's 24x7 security operations center (SOC) and includes:

• Developing, documenting, executing, and maintaining SOC best practices
• Executing the access provisioning program;
  Responding to intrusion detection events
• Managing incidents from detection through resolution and documentation
• Supporting and executing enterprise compliance monitoring
• Delivering training to operators to facilitate understanding of SOC operations, controls, and processes
• Utilizing knowledge of security technology platforms and infrastructure to improve SOC operations

Our 24x7 SOC operates a 12-hour day shift from 7AM to 7PM and a night shift from 7PM to 7AM. Analysts are hired for either day shift or night shift. Idaho Power is looking for Analysts to staff:

• 3 full-time night shift positions
