** Pay** $19.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE (
* Rate will depend on experience and qualifications*).

* Job Description:

** This entry-level to early-career position works closely with HVAC Journeyman and lead Installers while learning proper installation techniques, safety standards, and trade skills. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career in the HVAC trade.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems in new construction homes
* Support installation of furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and related components
* Load, stage, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
* Follow mechanical plans, work orders, and supervisor instructions
* Maintain job site cleanliness and organization
* Comply with all safety policies, OSHA standards, and company procedures
* Observe and learn proper HVAC installation techniques and best practices
* Accurately complete assigned job documentation as directed
* Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors

* Qualifications:

*** Entry-level HVAC experience or trade school coursework preferred but not required
* Interest in pursuing an HVAC apprenticeship or journeyman career path
* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to use hand and power tools safely (training provided)
* Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
* Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
* OSHA 10 certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
