Sprinkler Technician Level 1 (Backflow Certified) Idaho | Full-time Seasonal | Pay: $23-30/hour DOE

About Terra Vita At Terra Vita Landscape and Gardening, we Create, Nurture, and Sustain outdoor environments through thoughtful design, responsible water use, and long-term care. Our irrigation team plays a critical role in protecting landscapes and public water systems across Idaho.

We are seeking a Backflow-Certified Sprinkler Technician to support irrigation installation, service, seasonal maintenance, and regulated backflow testing. This is a mid-level, seasonal position with high responsibility, autonomy, and trust.

• Install, repair, and optimize irrigation systems
• Perform certified backflow testing and reporting
• Complete seasonal startups, audits, and winterizations
• Improve water efficiency and system performance
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
• Maintain accurate, compliance-ready documentation

• Idaho-approved Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (BAT) certification

• PPE required (boots, gloves, eye/ear protection as needed)
• Follow tool and equipment safety rules
• Work safely around machinery and cutting zones
• Follow hydration and heat/cold protocols
• Report hazards immediately

• Full-time Seasonal role
• Pay: $23-30/hour DOE
