Overview of the role: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Boise,  a Journeyman Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems for both commercial and residential projects. Daily tasks include troubleshooting system issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The technician will collaborate with team members and clients to ensure high-quality service.

• Proficiency in HVAC systems, layout and installation
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and certifications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to various work environments and complete on-site tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in residential and commercial HVAC systems is a plus
• Completion of relevant technical education or a Journeyman HVAC certification is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
