Synlawn Idaho is seeking a motivated and dependable Landscape Construction Technician to support the installation of high-quality outdoor projects throughout the Treasure Valley and beyond. This hands-on role works directly under the direction of Foreman to complete synthetic turf, hardscape, and landscape installations with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities- Assist with excavation, grading, and base preparation.
- Support installation of synthetic turf systems.
- Install pavers, retaining walls, and other hardscape features.
- Assist with irrigation systems, drainage solutions, and landscape enhancements.
- Place plant material, soil amendments, and mulch as required.
- Safely operate hand tools and power equipment.
- Operate larger equipment such as skid steers and compact machinery when trained.
- Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
- Follow installation plans, layouts, and foreman instructions.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Complete tasks to company quality standards.
- Assist with final detailing and jobsite cleanup.
- Communicate material needs or jobsite issues to the foreman promptly.
1–3+ years of experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor preferred.
Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a crew.
Experience operating hand tools and basic power equipment.
Experience operating skid steers or compact equipment preferred.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects as needed.

Monday – Friday
Occasional overtime based on project needs.
Some travel required for out-of-town projects.
Work LocationPrimary work area:
Boise, surrounding Treasure Valley region.
Travel to project sites across Idaho as needed (per diem provided for qualifying travel).
