Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20+DOE, hourly

Location: Boise,

Position Type: Full-Time

• Repair of all vehicles that come into the shop, including small repairs on‑site – perform the actual repairs with assistance, sending vehicles off‑site for large repairs after the manager’s approval.
• Submit requisitions for parts and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all Environmental and safety logs, and forms are completed and up to date, per month.
• Create, submit, and close work orders through the operating system weekly.
• Ensure the shop continues to perform preventive maintenance on all vehicles in the operating system.
• Documents service by completing and maintaining records.
• Maintain a regular inventory of key vehicle parts.
• Completes all required safety training and conducts all work in accordance with all safety policies.

• Certified auto mechanic or have past auto repair experience.
• Familiar with common practices and tools used in the repair and maintenance of a wide variety of vehicles.
• Become certified in hoist systems.
• Intermediate PC skills, including familiarity with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to be respiratory certified.

May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day, able to be on feet for 8‑10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50‑75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
