Site Installation Superintendent
Boise, Idaho
We are seeking a Site Installation Superintendent to lead the onsite installation of complex off‑site modularized systems. This is a hands‑on field leadership role for someone who keeps crews, trade partners, schedules, logistics, quality, and safety moving in the same direction.
What You'll Do- Lead day‑to‑day coordination between off‑site fabrication and onsite installation
- Oversee installation of prefabricated Off‑Site Modularization (OSM) assemblies and integrated systems
- Coordinate structural steel, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, logistics, trade partners, and field operations
- Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and installation plans to keep work aligned
- Develop and manage installation schedules, including two‑week look‑ahead plans
- Track progress, identify delays, and implement recovery plans when needed
- Lead coordination meetings and resolve scope, sequencing, and field conflicts
- Hold subcontractors and trade partners accountable for schedule, quality, and safety
- Serve as the primary job‑site contact for installation‑related issues
- Verify installed work meets project requirements, quality standards, codes, and design intent
- Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and project close‑out as needed
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site safety requirements
- 5+ years of construction supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, prefabrication, and field installation
- Experience with structural steel and general MEP scopes—mechanical, plumbing, and electrical
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Experience developing schedules, two‑week look‑ahead plans, and managing project timelines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage trade partners and diverse field teams
- Excellent communication, organization, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills
- OSHA 30 preferred, or ability to obtain
You will be the field leader responsible for ensuring complex modular systems arrive, align, install, and perform correctly. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, fabrication teams, logistics, trade partners, and clients, playing a key role in delivering high‑quality projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
