About the Role
As a Lead Installer, you’ll work alongside a professional team to assemble, deliver, and install high‑quality office furniture systems. You’ll also support relocation projects for businesses and homes across the region. With OFR, you’ll receive hands‑on training, consistent weekly hours, and the chance to grow into supervisory positions.
Responsibilities- Supervise Installation Projects – Oversee teams during the assembly, disassembly, and installation of modular office furniture systems, ensuring work meets manufacturer specifications and client expectations.
- Coordinate Logistics – Manage scheduling, deliveries, and site preparation to keep projects on time and within scope.
- Train and Mentor Team Members – Provide hands‑on training and guidance to installers, promoting safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
- Perform Advanced Installation Tasks – Handle complex installations including cubicles, workstations, conference rooms, and executive suites, with expertise across multiple furniture brands.
- Quality Control and Client Communication – Inspect completed work, resolve issues on‑site, and maintain professional communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain Tools, Equipment, and Documentation – Ensure proper use and upkeep of installation tools, track inventory, and document project progress for accountability.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an installer
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt to different projects
- Physical capability to perform installation and moving tasks
- Valid driver’s license
