We are specifically seeking candidates based in the Boise area. Most work is currently local, though out-of-town travel may be required as projects expand.

What We're Looking For:

• Willingness to travel as needed for project work.
• 18+ years old.
• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Able to pass a medical exam and drug test.
• Licensed driver with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report).
• Physically fit - able to lift up to 80 lbs. and work comfortably on rooftops and ladders.
• Honest, hardworking, and a team player who enjoys working outdoors.
• Construction or electrical experience is a huge plus!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing lightning protection systems on high roofs and specialized grounding projects.
• Reading blueprints and construction plans to ensure top-tier installations.
• Handling and installing lightning protection cables.
• Ensuring all work complies with onsite safety regulations.
• Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
• Tackling other duties as assigned - because every day is different!
