Job Description:

The Residential AOR Installer is responsible for performing residential add-on and replacement installations within assigned service areas. This role focuses on modifying, upgrading, or replacing existing systems in occupied homes while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working independently in residential environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform residential add-on and replacement installations on existing systems

Remove, replace, or upgrade equipment, wiring, and components as required

Evaluate existing systems and determine appropriate modifications or replacements

Follow work orders, installation standards, and manufacturer specifications

Ensure all work complies with applicable safety standards and company policies

Troubleshoot issues and verify proper system operation upon completion

Maintain accurate job documentation and close-out reports

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe job site Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding work performed

Provide basic homeowner education on updated or replaced systems

Qualifications:

Prior residential installation, service, or replacement experience preferred

Strong mechanical and technical aptitude

Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs per day Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders

OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
