• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related equipment.
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards.
• Mentor and develop apprentice technicians.
• Deliver high‑quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
• Help maintain a positive, team‑oriented culture.

• Idaho HVAC Journeyman License.
• EPA Certification.
• Strong residential installation experience.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• A team‑first attitude.

• $30‑$35 per hour DOE + SPIFs.
• Overtime and after‑hours pay at time‑and‑a‑half.
