Plumbing Service Technician in Boise

SERVICE TECHNICIAN (EXPERIENCED JOURNEYMAN ONLY) BOISE, T PLUMBING, INC. FULL-TIME

As a Service Technician at DeBest Plumbing, Inc., you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining our products and systems. You will interact with customers, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide expert recommendations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

* NO On-Call Shifts

• Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on various equipment/systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and offering solutions.
• Ensure all service work is completed according to company standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Manage service tools and equipment and ensure they are in good working condition.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

• Journeyman – Plumbing License REQUIRED
• Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Valid Idaho driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Clean appearance.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
