Grid Source is seeking Fully Qualified Fiber Technicians to join our crew in the Boise, !
$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

What You’ll Do- Perform Residential Fiber installations
- Observe all safety rules and regulations
- Assist other technical personnel in the performance of their duties when requested
- Maintain a positive and professional appearance and demeanor when communicating the company's products and services to customers
- Meeting accountability/dependability requirements (on time, on load, and serve on call as needed)
- Ask relevant questions to ensure problems are resolved quickly or to clarify information or directions
- Assume all other duties as assigned
- Reliable truck, van or SUV capable of transporting tools, equipment, and a 28’ ladder (ladder rack preferred)
- Own tools (drills and standard telecommunications hand tools)
- Android smartphone and Windows 10 laptop
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – lace‑up boots with a defined 1/2‑inch heel, hard hat, reflective safety vest, fall resistor, safety cones (other equipment may be required by local management)
- Comfortable working at heights up to 25’ and safely moving and lifting up to 80 lbs.
- Willing to work varying shifts and hours including possible mandatory overtime, weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug test and have a clean driving record
