Join Our Team as a Field Service Seasonal Technician
Are you mechanically inclined, safety-driven, and ready to travel across the U.S.? We’re looking for a Field Service Seasonal Technician to join our high-performance team supporting industrial operations nationwide. If you’ve worked in environments like power plants, refineries, or chemical facilities—and enjoy hands‑on work—this could be the role for you!
What You’ll Do:- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair expansion joints in high-temperature industrial ducting systems
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Perform accurate field measurements and inspections
- Operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other jobsite equipment safely
- Work in confined spaces, at heights, and under variable weather conditions
- Communicate directly with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Complete job reports, documentation, and timesheets accurately
- Assist with material handling and job site preparation
- Travel frequently with short notice, including extended stays at job sites
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel 100% of the time
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in industrial environments
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical field services, industrial maintenance, or related trades
- Experience with fabric expansion joints or similar components
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Certifications such as NCCER, TWIC, or similar a plus
- Experience in welding, rigging, or insulation
- Familiarity with thermodynamic properties of duct systems
- Lift up to 100 lbs
- Stand, kneel, climb, and bend for extended periods
- Work in environments with noise, dust, heat, and heights
