Join Our Team as a Field Service Seasonal Technician

Are you mechanically inclined, safety-driven, and ready to travel across the U.S.? We’re looking for a Field Service Seasonal Technician to join our high-performance team supporting industrial operations nationwide. If you’ve worked in environments like power plants, refineries, or chemical facilities—and enjoy hands‑on work—this could be the role for you!

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair expansion joints in high-temperature industrial ducting systems
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Perform accurate field measurements and inspections
• Operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other jobsite equipment safely
• Work in confined spaces, at heights, and under variable weather conditions
• Communicate directly with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Complete job reports, documentation, and timesheets accurately
• Assist with material handling and job site preparation
• Travel frequently with short notice, including extended stays at job sites

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel 100% of the time
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in industrial environments

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical field services, industrial maintenance, or related trades
• Experience with fabric expansion joints or similar components
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Certifications such as NCCER, TWIC, or similar a plus
• Experience in welding, rigging, or insulation
• Familiarity with thermodynamic properties of duct systems

• Lift up to 100 lbs
• Stand, kneel, climb, and bend for extended periods
• Work in environments with noise, dust, heat, and heights
