As a Cut Fruit, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging a variety of fresh cut fruits for customers. Your role will involve ensuring fruits are sliced, diced, and arranged with precision and care while maintaining high standards of quality and freshness.

• Wash, peel, and cut a variety of fruits according to established guidelines and customer preferences.
• Package and label cut fruit products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to food safety standards.
• Arrange cut fruit products attractively in display cases and refrigerated sections.
• Monitor inventory levels of cut fruit products and assist with ordering and restocking activities.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the cut fruit preparation area, including cleaning equipment and surfaces.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their cut fruit selections and answering questions about products.
• Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the safe handling and preparation of cut fruit products.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and maintain a positive working environment.

• Knowledge of various fruits and their preparation methods.
