Automotive Technician
Experienced Body Shop Technician will repair or replace damaged body parts back to pre-accident condition, meeting or exceeding factory specifications. The goal is an invisible repair.

Responsibilities- Review each repair order, work order, and estimator’s notes to understand repairs needed prior to beginning work on the vehicle.
- Complete all repairs according to the documentation on the repair order or the supplement.
- Apply knowledge of the manufacturer’s and technical repair process.
- Use frame and measuring equipment per vendor procedures.
- Perform initial teardown of vehicle.
- Identify parts for cut-in and edging.
- Perform all repair procedures according to factory specifications and company policy, I-Car Standard.
- Perform and sign off on all quality checks before sending the vehicle to the paint department.
- Re‑assemble painted vehicle and painted parts.
- Perform a final quality check and review of the work order before sending the vehicle to the detail department.
- Work with apprentices or less skilled technicians in developing repair skills.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Four years of body shop experience.
- Current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.
- Current and valid CDL and Medical card as required by the FMVS (preferred but not required).

Minimum Pay Rate: USD $24.00/Hr.
Maximum Pay Rate: USD $38.00/Hr.
