Perfect Plumbing Heating & Air in Boise, seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to guide residential retrofit and replacement projects from start to finish. You will lead installation crews, install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment, ensuring safety and quality.
You’ll work directly with homeowners, perform start-ups and testing, check for gas leaks, provide excellent service, manage job documentation, and support the growth of the installation team.
